Arriana Ayala
Field Scheduler & Asset Specialist
Arri is originally from Dallas, Texas but attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where she majored in Environmental Soil and Water science, graduating in January 2021. While pursuing her degree, she gained experience in the agricultural field by working with the University of Arkansas’ Soybean Breeding and Genetics program and with the Soilborne Pathology and Ecology laboratory. Arri has always been interested in agricultural ecosystems, their impact and their function in the local ecology that contains them.
In her free time Arri loves to hike in the upper Buffalo wilderness region of Arkansas, kayak on the Buffalo River, America's first national river, search for amphibians and reptiles, and tend to my garden and houseplants. She joined EarthOptics because I view soil as the most vital natural resource. Soil is the link between food, land and people and Arri wants to be a part of something that takes soil science beyond its traditional practices.
