Jamie Czuy (pronounced like sigh) is a Senior Backend Engineer here at EarthOptics. Jamie's professional experience includes almost all types of software development. From working on embedded systems to help Con Ed monitor the underground cables that help power Long Island to working for a bank that generated quarterly reports for high net-worth people to working in the security sector for one of the Big Four consulting firms to working on the backend for a mobile app for CNN. He has only lived in the Westchester suburb of New York City except when he went to school on Long Island at SUNY Stony Brook where he earned a BS in Applied Math.
For fun Jamie tinkers with microprocessors and robotics. Jamie is a nature-lover and an avid organic gardener. Vacations are usually spent hiking in a State or National Park or else spent working in the garden growing flowers, vegetables and soil (very into composting).
