With a background in biology, Jess transitioned into e-commerce, where she managed sales curation, social media ads, and provided marketing analytics. Later, she worked in a diagnostic lab, overseeing personnel and collaborating with the development team on new sample management features.

Living in Seattle, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband, cat, and dog. She has too many hobbies, focusing her time most recently on ceramics and sewing.
