Holly Martin

Holly brings a wealth of experience and passion for challenging the status quo, making her an invaluable asset to the EarthOptics team. Fueled by a commitment to efficiency, effectiveness, and impact, Holly is dedicated to driving positive change in the farming, supply chain, and environmental sectors. Following her graduation from the University of Arkansas, Holly ventured to the Middle East, where she contributed to a non-profit organization by providing training, development, and volunteer support to address the needs of refugees. Upon her return to the U.S., Holly expanded her skill set in operations, international shipping, pricing analytics, appointment management, and Human Resources, specializing in diversity and inclusion. Continuing her educational journey, she received an Executive MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Texas at Dallas, earned her CP-SHRM from the Society of HR Management, and became a Certified Diversity Practitioner through CourseNetwork.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Holly finds joy in culinary experiences, travel adventures, and live music. Whether creating memories through travel or showcasing her barbecuing skills on her smoker, she also enjoys moments spent with her two black labs, Sirius Black and Finn.
